The reference on our letter

Printed beside “Our ref” at the top of our letter, and under the QR code. It is 12 letters and numbers. Spaces do not matter.

We use these details only to stop contacting you. We keep them as a scrambled (hashed) record that cannot be read back, so that we recognise you and never write again. See our privacy notice.

Other ways

Rather email or call?

That is fine too. Email us with “Stop” and the reference or address from our letter, or call. A person handles it the same day. The form above is quicker, because it takes effect the moment you press the button.
