How to ask us to stop, or to correct our records
You only need to tell us once, by phone, email or our stop letters form. You do not have to give a reason.
Stop writing to me
The quickest way is our stop letters form: give the reference on our letter or your address, and it takes effect straight away. Or call or email with the name and address our letter was sent to, and the reference if you have it. We add you to our do-not-contact list, cancel any letter waiting to be sent, and do not write to you again.
Wrong person or wrong land
If you do not own the land in our letter, or we have your details wrong, tell us. We will correct our records and not write to you about that land again.
See or delete what we hold about you
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. We answer within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
